Dr. Eddie Moore, Jr. (He/Him/His) has pursued and achieved success in academia, business, diversity, leadership and community service. In 1996, he started America & MOORE, LLC to provide comprehensive diversity, privilege and leadership trainings and workshops. In 2014, Dr. Moore founded The Privilege Institute (TPI), which engages people in research, education, action and leadership through workshops, conferences, publications and strategic partnerships and relationships. Creating the 21-Day Challenges is his answer to the feedback received while working to dismantle white supremacy through leadership, education, communication, and reflection.

Debby Irving, MBA, is one of many voices in the national racial justice community. Combining her organizational development skills, classroom teaching experience, and understanding of systemic racism, Debby educates and consults individuals and organizations seeking to create racial equity at the personal, interpersonal, institutional, and ideological levels.

Marguerite Penick, Ph.D., (She/Her/Hers) received her PhD from the University of Iowa in Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Penick currently serves as a Professor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her work centers on issues of power, privilege and oppression in relationship to issues of curriculum with a special emphasis on the incorporation of quality literature in K-12 classrooms.
